Game Recap

On the day of the announcement of the top academic school in the state, two of those top schools met on the soccer field to fight for the title of the top magnet soccer program in the state. Central Magnet welcomed Hume-Fogg to Central in a late season match up. Central left it late, but walked away with a 3-2 win.

Cole scored early in the match off of a corner by Jacob Apigian. !5 minutes later the boys gave up a goal in Hume Fogg. The 1st half ended 1-1. Hume-Fogg opened the scoring in the second half, but Central followed up with two late goals in the last 10 minutes. Cole came through with a second goal off a corner from Jacob. Freshman Ethan Penny clinched the win with a massive goal with less than 5 minutes to play.
